Training

Our training is offered in an experiential learning mode, that is, we provide trainees with an opportunity to learn, reflect and apply the new skills. The training is aimed at changing behaviour. Participants formulate personal action plans based on relevant material that they would like to implement after each course. The courses emphasise learning by doing. To achieve this, short presentations by facilitators alternate with individual and group exercises
Troparg’s courses are based on practical experiences from our research and development consultancy. There is, therefore, a synergy between the two areas.
